General Admissions Guidelines
Visit the school with your child's previous year's report card. It is recommended that both the parent and child come together for the preliminary enquiry. The enquiry form must be completed as the first step of the admissions process. The Admissions Team will then interact with the parent/guardian and guide them on the next steps, subject to availability of the seat and subjects.
01Required Documents
- For Nursery to Class 1: Copy of birth certificate and vaccination chart.
- For Class 1 & above: Permanent Education Number (PEN No.).
- For Class 2 & above: Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school.
- For Class 2 & above: Medical Certificate issued by a registered doctor.
- For Class 3 & above: Previous 2 years report cards.
- Copy of Aadhaar Card (student and parents).

Proof of residential address — any one:
- Passport
- Voter ID
- Aadhaar Card
- Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill (MTNL/BSNL only) along with payment proof from the parent's account.
02Additional Documents
- Aadhaar / Court order of custody, wherever applicable.
- Proof of Alumni: Class 12 Certificate / Mark sheet / Transfer Certificate of Parent.
- Proof of sibling studying / studied at GDGPS, Vasai, Kurla, etc.
03Class 11 Admission
An Entrance Test will be conducted for Class 11 admission to select the right stream for the student. Based on the entrance test result, the school may proceed to schedule the final interaction with the Principal.
Please ensure that the form is completely filled and reviewed for accuracy before submission to avoid rejection. Once submitted, no further changes will be allowed.
All documents must be self-attested and submitted with the Application Form. The original Transfer Certificate is required only after admission is granted.
Age Criteria
The following age criteria apply as on 31st March, 2027.
